“This place is great. I was looking for a good tenderloin and there are none better than bar and grill tenderloins. They do have a great tenderloin. Customers were great. The staff was amazing and very quick. My wife and I were very pleased and have been back numerous times.“

“The Cabaret is a great place for drinks, food and music. They have daily specials. They have a $10 Burger lunch special ( Monday - Friday), it comes with a cheeseburger, fries, and a drink for $10. Burger and fries are good and perfect for a fast weekday lunch. The servers are friendly and the service is quick. They also always have live music on the weekends, daily food and drink specials or activities going on everyday. Great place to eat, drink, and hangout.“

“HyVee is a friendly Midwest grocery store chain. They typically have the freshest produce of anu grocery store, and the best selection. Their focus may not always be on the lowest prices, but they have a better selection and higher quality product than some cheaper stores. They're not overpriced, just maybe not the lowest. I find them to be a good value for quality and money. Staff is always friendly!“

“It wasn't very busy on Valentine's day so my friends and I went to have dinner. The hostess was very unprofessional and was sitting behind the table that you check in at. He didn't greet us and I think was confused what was going on...the lady that took care of us was such a sweetheart. Thinks did take a while and prepare to get all your food at once even if you order an appetizer. Lots of other people standing around and shouting to other people even if they were busy with their own tables, for me that's unprofessional. Would I go back again to eat? Maybe, but not driving out to Ankeny just to eat there.“

“The atmosphere was very laid back, the food was really good we got buffalo egg rolls, spinach artichoke dip for appetizers I got the Philly cheesesteak and fries and friend got the Nutty Buddy Burger with Cole slaw we really enjoyed both appetizers and our meals. Service was quick and I appreciated how nice our server was also I assume the manager or lead but she kept coming over to make sure we were satisfied and that our food was tasting good! Definitely recommend! The food was a little pricey are tab came to 66$ with no alcoholic beverages but really good!“

I had the grinder with a side of amazing tomato bisque soup. we shared some tasty chicken loaded nachos and will definitely be making the 45 minute drive again very soon. our waitress was a lovely lady named Tatum(I cannot remember how your name is spelled,I'm so sorry). she was rocking the bar and taking orders all by herself. she constantly made sure we were doing ok. 10/10🤟“

“This is your standard downtown hotel bar / lounge, However, the service here is polite, fast, and attentive - while the food is honestly amazing. Get the burger and fries, hands down the best burger I've had in years and the fries were even better. I believe they cook the fries in animal fat which adds a crispiness like no other. Decent selection of beers, wines and a full bar with a clean and spacious interior round this place out. In my 20 years of business travel I have never experienced a Hotel Lounge like this“
