“Starbucks us definitely a favorite for my daughters. They love their Starbucks drinks. The employees here always seem friendly and courteous as far as I see, and our drinks always come out correctly and in a prompt manner.
We went into the store once and also thought the coffee shop seemed clean and inviting. All in all, I would recommend this Starbucks location.

“My coffee maker died at home so I ran out before 545a--in my pj's--to order an office sized carry-out box of coffee. The service was impeccable!!! They offered to bring the coffee to my car (so I wouldn't make a fool of myself traipsing around under dressed) and even brought me a sample as I waited! THIS is the epitome of customer service! Thank you for being wonderful humans:)“
“We chose to check out in a lane that had a first day cashier. The girl bagging the groceries was very helpful to him and us. He accidentally double charged us and the girl took it upon herself to get the approval from management to get it deducted and get us going to keep the line moving!!! Very impressed!! Thank you to the two working isle 5 today!! You are what Hy-Vee is supposed to be!!!“
“This is my favorite Starbucks in town. I go through the drive through almost daily and everyone is always so polite. One of the staff (I believe her name is Sara) is here almost every day as well and I have never met someone as kind as her in the service industry. Working in the service industry is hard and I always appreciate genuine kindness and enthusiasm - especially early in the morning. Keep up the great work everyone, you do an awesome job! :)“
“I found it easy to pick up gift cards here for Christmas. The drive thru is east, but you can also be served inside of Starbucks. I have been inside here, and it was clean and comfortable. Customer service is fast and knowledgeable. I was taken good care of and enjoyed the experience.

“Had a nice stop at the Starbucks located inside the north Hy-Vee location on Ankeny Boulevard in Ankeny. Kylie was my Barista, and I ordered a medium Hazlenut Latte. It was made to perfection, and I went about my shopping. Good job Kylie!And here I am finishing up to a terrific road song.“
