“Just wanted to say that this location has great customer service! My husband placed an online order accidentally at this location instead of our local and we live almost 7 hours away. I called the store and asked if they could cancel the order. The manager was extremely kind and reassuring. She was able to cancel our order and get us a refund really quickly. I really appreciate them taking the time to do this!“

“We like eating here when we can. One of our sandwiches was made wrong which took several minutes to fix. We had ordered a dessert to be picked up later, but cashier didn't add it to our ticket. Went back later and ordered dessert and waited over 15 minutes. Had to go to counter and wait for it to be made. Felt like no management oversight was being done.“

“I’ve ordered from Sneakers multiple times typically I love it great food tonight not so much I ordered the mushroom Swiss melt medium it came very well done as well as the toast being so done it was hard to chew very minimal mushrooms onions and Swiss. My son got the kids cheeseburger with fries also very well done both sandwich’s almost burnt. I would typically recommend Sneakers but tonight no it wasn’t that great and question whether I’ll get it again.“

“Customer service and food was great. We came in an hour before closing not realizing they closed at 11. Our waitress was really friendly and happy to have us there. Jill went above and beyond taking care of our table. She was so bubbly and polite. I know it’s stressful having people show up close to closing but she did a great job serving us.“

“I used Hy-Vee floral for our wedding flowers and they turned out amazing! Rachel was super helpful and had the perfect vision. The flowers turned out even better than I had anticipated. The flowers were gorgeous and a huge asset to our wedding.“

The crew behind the counter wereore interested in their conversations then to greet or smile or anything at us..it was 11 a.m. on a Saturday, they weren't busy, and they messed up our order..we ordered the pound of cheese balls and they brought out a pound of French fries. Never got an apology for the mess up, never got a thank you for stopping in. The food was delicious as usual but I do not want to hear about what someone's is doing ng tonight when I'm sitting 30 fee from the order counter..the crew needs to tone down their voices so customers don't hear the private stuff and they need to smile and be welcoming..we didn't feel welcomed at all“

“Used to go to bdubs religiously on a weekly basis 10-15 years ago, nowadays its 1-2 per year. Mainly due to corporate greed & stinginess. Visited this location for the first time on 1/16/25 between 2:55pm-3:30pm. Tiny location, 95% wooden chairs, Only handful of booths. Capacity approx. 150 including small patio area. Had ordered their bogo wings, Only 2 issues was the wings weren't separated by flavor & 1 of the flavors sauces they seemed to skimp out on (half dry). When it comes to what your paying & getting its not like what it once was.“
