We have dined at Sindo 6 times since they first opened. Every experience surpassed the prior one. Each dish, no matter how simple or complex, was absolute perfection. The care with which each dish was created, was obvious. From the Robata grill appetizers, to the sushi rolls, to the sides, the Ramen, and the Poke bowl- each was completely satisfying.
