“We had the Mother's day brunch at the Bronson bar, and it was fantastic! Everyone we saw who was working there was very friendly, even on a busy stressful day like Mother's day.The food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. The eggs and hash brown options were very good, and the bacon and sausage were just excellent. Great smoky flavor on the bacon, and it was cooked perfectly, not too crispy, not too soft. The link sausages are probably the best I've ever had. They are a lot larger in size than a regular sausage link, but the flavor they had was so good!!The sausage gravy is very good too. You can tell it was homemade and not out of a can!! The biscuits I could tell were purchased and not homemade, but they were good enough for the excellent gravy!!The breakfast section of the buffet also had French toast, and it looked good, but I did not have any this time.The Bronson bar also had two lunch items on the brunch buffet, broasted chicken and BBQ Ribs. The broasted chicken is in the top two or three of any fried chicken I've had!! It was cooked perfectly - crispy, juicy, and golden brown. I really liked that the breading on the chicken was light. It was so good!I did not have the BBQ ribs because I was too full!!!! My son had the BBQ ribs and he said they were very good. They were St Louis spare ribs and I could tell they were smoked and then cut into individual bones.The buffet also had a small dessert table with multiple dessert options of which most looked homemade. The home made cinnamon rolls were very good!!The Bronson bar serves very good food at a reasonable price. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet / brunch. The place isn't fancy but that's ok with me. It's nice and you can tell the locals really support it.The Bronson bar is supposed to have excellent chicken wings, pizza, burgers, and hot beef sandwich, so those are things we will try on future visits!!!”

“We are on the Mexican food challenge and we've been eating at every Mexican restaurant in Sioux City in South Sioux weekly. We're about 10 to 15 deep and plenty to go but so far this is the best. At least my dish was my favorite. The chips were warm and the red sauce was good. The margarita was excellent. My wife had fajitas which were very good! The el Matador was amazing!!”

“Went to Wheelhouse to see an NFL playoff game on their big screen televisions. My son absolutely loved his bacon cheeseburger and said fries were good but nothing unique. I had a great club sandwich with a bowl of chili (a slight upgrade over standard fries) and thoroughly enjoyed my alternate combo. Service was fantastic despite being very busy that night. Wheelhouse is located in a popular strip mall so found a parking space and did some walking to the bar.”

“There's nothing I enjoy more than good coffee. Sioux City has been an utter disappointment up until today. 3 mediocre cups and the 4th renewed my faith that Iowa may be able to give me what I need in the form of caffeinated goodness. Oh, and I had a breakfast burrito. So good, except the undercooked rice. Flavors were great and it was pretty fat. I definitely didn't leave hungry. I'll be going back the reminder of my trip here.”

“Drove all the way from Sioux Falls, SD to get Old Chicago. We had Jahni as our server. She was prompt, friendly, talkative. Our food was excellent. A tad sad they didn’t have spicy marinara, but above all great. Would recommend to anyone, and above all our service was excellent. Will definitely make the over an hour drive again for Old Chicago!”

“April 18, 3024. I met my 2 daughters & 10 month old grandson for lunch (two chicken alfredo and one chicken & shrimp cabanero) around 11:30. We had THE BEST waitress & server!!! They were fun, had a fantastic sense of humor, & were on spot with service. We had a great visit, and even though we sat for a bit & chatted, we weren't rushed out because we were done. Highly recommend this Olive Garden - especially if Jaqueline D. is your waitress!! :)Kid-friendliness: My 10 month old Grandson was with us & they offered to cut up grapes for him as he has egg allergies, but mom said he'd be fine until later since he was sleeping.”

“Random review. Love the place. Could eat here frequently. Lots to choose from with these 2 chains combined. Everything from Fish, Shrimp, and chicken, to great burger , fries, onion rings, and ice cold Root Beer. Who doesn't like any if that. You can't find anything to eat here then you way too darn picky and won't be accompanying me. Love the fish/shrimp tacos they had too. Little spendy anymore but who isn't. Since covid, prices have doubled everywhere it seems like. Crazy. But great food here.”

You need to have a pointed conversation with Door Dash about their drivers and the customer service they provide....or should I say, the customer service they DON'T provide.”

“My favorite place in this area! They always have great food and service. Weekend nights can be busy so call ahead if you want to sit at the grills. Their ginger dressing and veggies are to die for. I’m a vegetarian so I can’t speak for the meat but it always looks good. Very much recommend trying if you haven’t!”

“Fun place, had sand volleyball going on, adult bingo, and serving up good looking food. Got the music machine going and played some pool. Seemed to be a pretty hoppin joint that I wouldn't mind returning to if I get the chance.”
