I have had issues with this Scooters making my drink incorrectly and then when it is remade it is incorrect again. The Ft. Madison Scooters can at least get my iced carmelicious with nonfat milk correct rather than giving me a sugar free caramel latte.
Went today to order 6 smoothies for my kiddos and was told in the drive thru that I need to call in advance next time. She said they would do it “this once”, but wouldn’t make them next time if I didn’t call ahead. What horrible customer service. I canceled my order and went to Lost Bear, who happily made us 6 smoothies and even gave us a punch card. I’ll continue to give my money to a business who appreciates it from here out! Sorry, Scooters!
