“If you want a very good home cooked country breakfast then look no further than The Hungry Bear in Burlington, Iowa. The food here is absolutely delicious and made with genuine homemade ingredients. The flavor and seasoning in and on the food is absolutely amazing 👏. Oh and don't get me started on the portions of the food. They give you so much you will be taking leftovers home I can tell you that unless you're really hungry than you can probably handle the huge portions.
It's a nice little place tucked away in the downtown part of Burlington. The staff and waitress is very friendly and always checking in on you for a refill on your beverage and to make sure the food is good. Better get there early on the weekends because it does get busy but for good reasoning that food is something everyone wants. So go check it out you will enjoy each bite you take for sure.“

“We tried the Bam Bam pizza and it was everything we hoped for. deep dish pizza with layers of cheese and meat and sauce. hefty and yet the crust held it together perfectly. fast delivery for how busy they are. 10/10 will order from them again.“

“We only have cheeseburger and fries they were good, but nothing memorable the atmosphere was fine, but it was plain with nothing to stand out. I would eat there again and try some of the better sounding things on their menu if I had more time.“

“Incredible! We were passing through on a road trip and found Jerry’s online. As soon as we stepped through the door we knew we’d hit the jackpot. Incredible place, even better food, and amazing service. If our word counts for anything, stop by even if it’s just as you’re headed through town. We won’t stop thinking about this place ever.“
