“I went in tonight they asked me if I was going to dine in or out so I said I was going to dine in went down to the register ordered they asked me again is this for here to go I said for here they actually packed my food to go I had to ask for a bowl and extra crackers for my chili the only reason why I'm commenting this is because I noticed that the other people that said that they were dining in they were told to have a seat I was never told that and the young lady who took my order blonde hair gray sweatshirt had selective hearing problems sorry I could not provide a name I understand teenagers need a job the least you could do is pay attention to your customer and what they are ordering thank you former special education associate Des Moines Public Schools“

“I not only was going through a breakup but just really self sabotaging , I went to eat at IHOP and my whole day changed . My server was Nicki , The food was great , the atmosphere was comfortable & to make it Soo much better , Nicki really made me feel seen , She stopped and checked on me countless times to make sure I was okay . Her warm presence and welcoming attitude made me feel safe. Before I left she made sure I had a refill and was mentally okay ! I can't thank Nicki enough for her great service and conversation. “The inside is small but mighty! Great location for a bar surrounded by shops, restaurants and all the downtown activities. Their outdoor seating area is perfect for people watching! The food truck was awesome as well. Cheap drinks, tasty food truck options and it's prime location for a day or night out. We would go back again!“

“This Burger King is the best one that my boyfriend and i had ever been too. The guy taking our order was the most up-beat happy go lucky guy i had ever met in a fast food buisness. It happened to be his birthday day 70 yrs old i believe. The other manager and staff were so nice and polite. What a great experience it was. Thanks for the great service!“

“My family loves B-Bops. We drove through on yesterday and received very pleasant customer service. Unfortunately, one of the 2 6-piece nuggets that we ordered was missing when we got to our destination. I sent a message to their customer service and received a reply and remedy within 24 hours. Excellent customer service all around!“

“I have to give this business a huge shout out. Every single time that I come through the drive-thru all of the people are incredibly nice. My food is always hot and fresh. And I always get through the drive-thru in a surprisingly fast amount of time. Keep doing you're doing! I almost forgot... I love the fact that they have Pepsi products! If you've never tried a Pepsi freeze.. you absolutely should!“

“First time eating here. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices, generous portions and delicious burgers and fries. I enjoyed the mushroom Swiss burger with perfectly seasoned crinkle fries. Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.“

“I love sister’s place for so many reasons. The staff is amazing. They always make my husband and I feel like we’re party of the sister’s place family. The food is also VERY good. Obviously it’s not Johnny’s but it’s the best bar food I’ve had. I love that they always do specials to change it up a bit. Gives me something to look forward to. Lastly, I love all the events from live music, to trivia, to music bingo sister’s place has it all!🖤“
