“I guess my review is going to upset some. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION. I am from out of state, so I have only been here twice. The first time was a few months ago, and then again today. Both times I was served by “the older lady” (as some call her). She is an absolute sweetheart, and reminds me of my own mother. She is always polite and always smiling. Now, don’t get me wrong, I was raised to RESPECT my elders. I speak to her as I would my own mother with “yes ma’am, no ma’am, please and thank you ma’am”. She, as with all humans, is very receptive to kind words and a calm, respectful attitude. I know that she is a perfectionist by her attention to detail, and checking everything twice… which I appreciate. People need to understand that people with anxiety and perfectionism can “seem” rude in their ways, but it isn’t the case at all. Please give her a break because she is out here killing it in the food industry. I admire her for living her best life. Thank you Subway lady for your impeccable and upbeat service. Me and my puppy appreciate you.“

“The sandwich was delicious, fries were good. The cheese curds were soggy and extremely greasy. That combined with the cost ($42 for 2 adults and 1 kid) is why I deducted a star. It was an enjoyable experience but not one id personally do regularly due to the cost.“

“I drove through Fazolis for a quick meal. Not only was the food delicious and piping hot but the lady that helped me was fantastic. Victoria was the very epitome of friendliness and great service. I will definitely be going back, please give Victoria the recognition she deserves.“

“Quiet inside, half the lobby blocked for cleaning, trash was overflowing, and orange pop trailing 3 feet feom the receptacle. Only one young lady in the upfront/lobby. And she was helping customers. There were 4 others in view between drive-thru and make station where meals/orders were being packed. Others in the kitchen, doing dishes maybe? Anyone could have taken lobby or at least clean up the pop, it was 7 ish on a week night.“

“The food is always great and a rather affordable prices I will say, between the range of 8 to 12 if you go for the enlarged combo and it's quite sizable, I have been several times and neve had any complaints. Service can be quick depending on your order and since it's like a drive through space and when it gets crowded it shows, but they give you the order rather quickly.“

“Tacos were fresh and proportioned perfectly (a lot of places will skimp on meet and cheese, then go overboard on the lettuce. I got a grilled chicken crispy taco. And, a soft shell steak taco. Ordered the potato ole's with light seasoning. Staff was friendly and professional.“

“First time eating here. Friendly staff, fast service, reasonable prices, generous portions and delicious burgers and fries. I enjoyed the mushroom Swiss burger with perfectly seasoned crinkle fries. Our daughter is home from college, and she told us that’s the best burger she’s had in a long time. She had the bacon cheeseburger. Hubby had the double cheeseburger, it looked great too. He must’ve enjoyed it, he ate the whole thing! Glad we found this place, we will be back.“

“Went in to order for togo. Food was fast and hot and exactly the right amount of greasy that you want. The atmosphere inside was kind of meh. No one was seated to eat and it somehow felt overly lit and bright and stark. But whatever, I wasn't there to sit and eat. The new waffle fries are really good! Because you can't turn left from SE 14th, it is hard to get into the parking lot.“

“I stop here basically every time I'm in town lol We don't have a Taco Johns where I live. They are always fast and friendly and the food is always good! They also still have churros. Just got one today, haven't had one in probably 20 years.“

“I've been coming to this taco johns for over 2 years now. Probably twice a week, ALWAYS in the morning. This crew knows my favorite order, always delivers a smile even at 635am, and has never messed up my food. What else can you ask for? Most consistent fast food place I've ever eaten at. Thank you.“

“We were impressed with the extra efforts put forth to assist the deaf person in front of us at the front counter. The young employee read the note, pointed to the small order screen to verify it was correct, and they even used sign language so say "thank you" at the end. wow!

Idk about some of the previous comments, but while they were busy when we were there I didn't see any of the high school staff not working and we all know how kids can be when working with friends. I was really impressed with their kindness, organization, and cleaning that we witnessed.

This DQ is the best and our experiences have been great, but I realize nothing is ever perfect. It appears they are trying very hard to take care of everyone. Wanted to give them a shout out! We are going again tonight.

“Best TJ’s in town! All of the locations are great, but this is my favorite one. Always hot, fresh food. The staff is kind and friendly. Great, fast drive thru. These folks work very hard and it is appreciated from this East Sider.

“Service was great, food was good, and store was acceptably clean.
I visited on a weekday afternoon, the place was steady but not busy, about half-full with a few orders in line. I was greeted and placed my order right away. I, of course, got an ice-cold frosty mug and poured a root beer out of the tap. The staff were friendly and prompt, and my food was ready within five minutes. Staff brought the food directly to my table. The double papa burger was hot, and tasted good, the fries were fresh.
Staff were actively cleaning the restaurant between taking orders as they walked in. Gnats and fruit flies unfortunately seemed to be attracted to the root beer tap. Wall was lightly decorated with Americana kitsch and a big mural of a 50s sports convertible while 30s and 40s jazz and big band tunes played softly from the speakers.
I was initially thought the price was maybe a couple dollars too high, but after enjoying the food and especially the root beer, felt the price was worth it. I rang the bell nice and loud on my way out to show my appreciation to the staff for this more-than-satisfactory lunch visit. Great work from the whole team!“

“I ordered two of the barbecue steak House brisket sandwich meals that looked huge and delicious in the picture, it was the exact opposite 😑 for a meal that is $13 this was really disappointing and clearly the amount of meat they put on this was just sad smh idk what’s going on at this location lately but that’s twice in the last week they have dropped the ball, the first time I went my fries weren’t filled even halfway up and now this tiny sandwich that was Luke warm and bland, I doubt I will be back“

“My friend invited me to dinner and this was the spot she chose. I really don’t know why more people are not talking about this place. I’ve been back three times and every time has been perfect! The food is so good and you can tell it’s cooked fresh. Everything I’ve tried has wonderful flavor and the staff is friendly!“

“We use a delivery app to get food from here often, it’s always great quality. I realize that delivery services can’t open your bag to see if it’s right but today I ordered my delivery and it was the completely wrong sandwich… I would’ve eaten it, but it had a few items on it that I just can’t stomach. I called the restaurant to let them know even though I know they can’t do anything since I went through a delivery service. The female answering the phone (manager?) was super nice about it and she knew which sandwiches got switched right away. I had to re-order on the delivery app, but she offered to personally bag my sandwich. She upgraded the sandwich size and tossed in a few coupons when she saw my order come through. This was really nice because even though the delivery service refunded my messed up sandwich, I had to re pay the delivery fee and the tip all over again to replace my order. Above and beyond!“

“Usually the wait is a little longer but food is typically pretty good. There are times when some items seem "older" than other but thats what happens when you order cheese sticks from a fast food place. Most of the staff that I've dealt with are nice and helpful.“

The guy that was making the sandwiches went into the back room leaving the lady to not only finish serving the ones that had already ordered, but the ones that came in. She yelled at him to come back and help her. After about 15 minutes she had to go back there and tell him to get out there. I was in there 42 minutes from when I entered until I was walking out. Then when I got home one sandwich was completing wrong. First experience wasn't good.“
