Terrible customer service. Placed online order. When went to pick up was told no order had been placed. Had to show proof- then got 20 minutes away to deliver to men in field and only partial order. Called and was told order never picked up and had been sitting on the counter for over an hour waiting to be picked up- this despite having gone. Carroll store refused to remake food to be hot and fresh despite their error. Was told it was fine if we didn’t order there again. TERRIBLE...read full review
