“We stopped in here on the way back to our campground. The sign hanging from the building says Turkey River Saloon, but it changed hands August 1, 2023 and is now Bad Tads. We opted to sit at the bar, and had a few beers and chatted with some locals who were very friendly and gave us recommendations of things to see while in the area. The beer was cold, the service was great. Tad had already closed the grill when people arrived and wanted to eat so he fired it back up made them dinner. That doesn't happen at many places we've been. We didn't eat here because the information we had found said the place was permanently closed (listed under the old name.) we would definitely come back and try a burger if we are coming through again. Great little bar with friendly service and locals.“
