Picked up a couple dozen cupcakes for a work event today. The clerk was friendly and attentive. I was impressed that she even asked about potential food allergies of our team while assembling the selections.
In the beginning with the first shop, I loved their cupcakes.

Top notch customer service. Older women waited on us. She was so welcoming and friendly. She offered us samples of cookie dough to try and gave us all mini chocolate chip cookies. We got a variety of cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies and the kids got scoops of cookie dough, all were amazing and loaded with flavor. Super clean cute store as well. Can't say enough good things about this place.
