I ordered cupcakes from Scratch Cupcakery by email. I had talked with the manager in Iowa City previously, but I wanted a BIG order, and she told me I'd have to get in touch with their general manager regarding shipping costs. Picked up a couple dozen cupcakes for a work event today. The clerk was friendly and attentive. I was impressed that she even asked about potential food allergies of our team while assembling the selections.
In the beginning with the first shop, I loved their cupcakes.
It stayed this way for a few years.
