Store is bland in decor and not very appealing to look at on the inside. No interaction with any staff at the counter.
Store is kiosk driven for ordering. Which I personally find unappealing. Food was okay for a taco place. They still can't get the sour cream spread out on the whole taco. One giant clump right on the end.

The Staff was rude, They also took a long time to take my order, though nobody was there but me and a few others that already got their orders and were dining in. I won't be eating here again.

07/30/24 this toco bell is not too bad. It’s my favorite in the Waterloo/cedar falls area. The black girl at the drive through and the other white lady are very very nice to customers. They offered us food when we was told to wait for a long order. But I disliked it when another lady at the store called the cops on us for parking there for a long person of time (I’m a dasher) which was not so nice but I still love the store and will always go there.
