I like Wendy's, but avoid this location. Went there tonight, post-it note on the door says cash only. Ok, card machines go down, no big deal. We start ordering, and they need to know what sodas we want because the freestyle machine in the lobby is down. One of our party orders the Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger. Decided on Wendy’s having not been for years and wish we would have went to Burger King. Asked for no mustard on my burger so they scraped it off the bun, and it was lukewarm at best. Fries were either sitting for hours or cooked in some really old grease. The staff was having too much fun with each other to care about guests not to mention they were out of chili, bacon and chicken nuggets. The place hasn’t been updated in years and just felt dingy. They evidently intentionally made my order wrong... I asked for a sandwich without a specific honey sauce, and when I got back from the drive through, every other ingredient listed for the sandwich was missing instead.
The sandwich was smothered in the honey sauce I requested to be left off (noted on the order on the receipt), and also had yellow mustard which is not even supposed to be the sandwich.
