Honestly wish I could get a refund! I got two burgers and fries and drove home! I live not even 3 minutes away and my car was warm but I got home and the food was cold. So cold the cheese on my burgers was not melted.
Waited 50 minutes for a kids meal, biggie bag, and bacon fries. Everything was cold! I waited for the bacon fries because they said the needed to make the cheese sauce, however the cheese wasn’t melted and the fries and bacon were cold. No apology for the wait, just a free meal coupon for next time. I don’t care if the food is free, I wouldn’t waste my time again.

I tried again to get some good food from this place and they failed again. Burger was barely warm and the just threw everything together so when I open the box, it looked like it was dropped. That's how bad it was. No one takes pride in their work anymore there, it's easy to see.
