Capriotti's has the best sub sandwiches. They are the most flavorful and use premium ingredients. We always enjoy a meal from Capriotti's.

I've been a frequent customer here for years. The quality is always great, the pricing is fair, and the service is always fast and helpful. I've had issues ordering in the app quite a bit this year, but a recent interaction with Aidan and the store manager, Ray, made the trouble so worth it. Their customer service with a recent catering order was above and beyond! I'm so happy they were able to take care of me and my volunteers. Dinner was delicious. I would highly recommend Aidan, Ray, and the team at this Capriotti's location.

I had never been to Capriotti's. Met the owners at my work and they invited me to come try the Bobbie. OMG OMG OMG sooooo good. Very large portions...def no skimp here! ❤️

This place is awesome and kind. My door Dasher gave me the wrong subs and the they personally delivered my correct subs. I'm veggie and delivered the most amazing subs I've been Eating for 5 years plus and will always be my go to forever

Classic Cheese Steak Large. Sandwich is large enough for 2. Excellent texture and condiment choice. I added a little twist, and put ranch on my side.

My wife and I visited Capriotti's in Cedar Rapids for the first time. The manager was very helpful in introducing us to the menu and the food was excellent.

This location used to be really good, but they have consistently been making our order wrong the last several visits. Have ordered a hot sandwich and been given bread and meat with no toppings or not all of the topping on more than one occasion. This has always happened when ordering ahead and not when ordering in store. We have wasted so much time driving to pick up a meal and getting home to find we have to drive back. The employees didn’t believe when we brought the sandwich back and tore it apart to make sure we weren’t lying. When it’s made correctly, everything tastes great. I would not recommend ordering ahead at this time and unfortunately you will want to open your sandwich before leaving to make sure it is correct. If this Capriotti’s could get it together I would be happy to go back.

It's been 3 years since I lived near Capriotti's, so I was excited to order a Capastrami. It's funny I never liked Pastrami, or cole slaw, but I feel in love with the Capastrami on my first visit. The small size I ordered is more than enough to fill me up. It tasted just like I remembered, delicious!

Service is good and employees are friendly. My first visit, the AC was not working, so it was a tad warm inside, but it has been fixed.

I used to work here and still love their food so I go from time to time. I want to say that the service and quality has gone down TREMENDOUSLY since I left. I went in and ordered food and they didn’t ring it in correctly as I had modifications for my sandwich, and they didn’t make the sandwich correctly even according to the ticket. I was also the only person in the store and it took 15 minutes to get my one sandwich. Thoroughly disappointed at what this once great restaurant has become
