Love these specialists of the Philly. I'm relatively sure it would be considered fast food in Boston, but it's one of my favorite sandwiches!

Great food options that is fixed fresh and served hot! Staff is very friendly and accomodating-addressed questions with a smile. Love the free kid's grilled cheese for the littlest of the group.

I’m in CR 1-2 x’s/week for work and make sure I get there for lunch if I am on the NE side of CR. Capriotti’s is my favorite place to eat as the employees are so friendly and have so much fun together. The sandwiches are stuffed with meat, cheese and other delicious toppings and are delicious! During my visit today, the GM encouraged me to try other options, and brought me a free Wagyu beefsteak sandwich to try!! This was after I finished my usual - the delicious Capistrami! Their customer service, delicious food, reasonable prices and convenient location make this a must do for lunch!

The cheesesteak BLT is so good I have had it four days in a row. Staff is awesome 😎👍

I make 3-hour round trips just to get these turkey subs. Service is always friendly and excellent. Special requests are always honored and correct. The food here is worth every cent.

My sandwich was a bit on the dry side but the service was excellent! The gentlemen were fun and so kind! They young lady who took our order was also a doll. I wish every place I visited would have staff like that.

By far one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had the guy up On the register was happy and helpful and the cooking in the back was throwing down

Really disappointing experience. The food wasn’t prepared properly, the wait was far too long, and it seems customer service is not helpful when issues are brought up. Looking at other reviews, this looks like a recurring problem.

food is absolutely amazing, cheesesteak BLT was delicious. Employees were great as well with fast and kind service
