My sandwich was a bit on the dry side but the service was excellent! The gentlemen were fun and so kind! They young lady who took our order was also a doll. I wish every place I visited would have staff like that.

By far one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had the guy up On the register was happy and helpful and the cooking in the back was throwing down

Really disappointing experience. The food wasn’t prepared properly, the wait was far too long, and it seems customer service is not helpful when issues are brought up. Looking at other reviews, this looks like a recurring problem.

The meat in my sandwich was cold and completely inedible — it had to be thrown away. For the price, this was really disappointing. I’ve never had an experience like this before, and it’s not what you’d expect when ordering a wagyu French dip.

When I reached out, customer service dismissed my concern by saying the meat is “precooked and reheated.” That doesn’t explain why my sandwich arrived cold and unsafe to eat.

The best place I've ever been to has amazing food. I had the best sandwich I've ever tasted, hands down. The manager helped me choose what sandwich I wanted because I was undecided. He seemed very eager to assist, as if he truly loves his job, which is hard to find nowadays.

The subs here are overly stuffed to satisfaction, time from paying to food presentation is typically less then 8 mins. Very clean lobby area, great customer service. The employees all seem to like their jobs which makes the environment more enjoyable for the paying customer.

ordered today. Got two cookies with my order received my whole order except my two cookies you guys are too good of a company to let DoorDash get you negative answers please triple check your tickets and make sure everything is in the order.

I felt that the food was overpriced for what you get. The service was extremely slow. There are no menus in the restaurant that tell you everything that comes on each sandwich, which I found frustrating.
