Came at around 4:50pm, then a whole two 4-5 person families followed right after, and I felt bad. I didn't know what I wanted particularly and the little blonde cashier/ice cream lady there was so sweet and didn't rush me and when I remembered at the last moment to ask for less choco chips she gave me the perfect combination for the treat I was looking for!!

Went for some ice cream with my son. Everyone was nice except this one girl who served us. She asked if he wanted anything mixed my son said no then changed his mind and said “Can I have sprinkles please?” The girl rolled her eyes and sighed. Then she slammed his cup on the counter. I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I understand as a human being we all have bad days, but as a person myself who works in customer service I have never take it out on a customer let alone a child.

Terrible customer service. Went in 30 minutes before close, yes I get it you want to close faster but I didn't need to hear constant complaints about how they're not gonna get out early . Also my husband lost his phone and I called them 5 minutes after they closed but it took like 5 times for them to answer? Sorry y'all closed but I know you're right next to the phone. I'd like to note that this isn't a constant issue, but having a lot of young teenagers...
