“My food was amazing! It’s a night where there an event but our staff member let us know if there was ever going to be a delay. This place got packed almost 20 minutes after our arrival so I’m glad I came before the rush!“

“Was at the Cedar Rapids location and I honestly wasn't a fan of my food. The service manager was AMAZING and noticed that I didn't really eat my food and kindly credited my meal off our ticket.“

“Overall I do like Noodles, but today I came home after picking up my online order, to discover that my zoodle pesto/chicken dish had normal pasta noodles in it. I directly called the store and they told me they were out of the zucchini noodles thus replaced them with the "normal" ones. They also offered to refund the order but meanwhile I am home trying to figure out what to eat now instead. Just disappointed that they don't contact you to let you know that they're out of something you ordered , or atleast let you know by the pick-up so that it won't be a surprise at home.“
