After a long day I went to go grab some dinner, only to find my vehicle wouldn't start. So we decided to order Jimmy John's. We had tried them a couple weeks ago and besides our sandwiches not being 100% correct, it was alright. So I was willing to give them another try. I ordered on my Jimmy John’s app. Like I do 3 times a month AT LEAST. My order always comes to my house. Today the App had my food ordered to my old place of business. The delivery driver just dropped it off there. When I called the Jimmy John’s store they told me too bad that it’s my fault and they wouldn’t send me my order to my correct address. They didn’t care at all. I spend hundreds of dollars at this Jimmy John’s a year and now I will no longer be doing that....read full review
