“Overall, nothing spectacular about this location. I do like the new and improved kiosk ordering system. It is very straightforward so friendly and intuitive. The drawback to these new kiosks is the fact that I have nobody to blame but myself and my order is messed up. Lol.
Parking: The parking lot at this location is crazy. It’s like going through a maze at an amusement park.“
“The manager Lora is a saint!! A door dasher stole our first order and she was able to get it resolved for us right away and we didn't have to wait in line. I'm sure they are very busy and have had a long night and she had such a positive polite and helpful attitude. Give her a raise! ❤️❤️“
“I mean really, I think we all know, if you're at McDonald's you went there for one reason. Regardless of how McDonald's nutritionally stacks up, you're there for the flavor, so I think you have to give it a bare minimum I'm three stars (outside of your service experience) if you're honest with yourself about why you're in the Drive-Thru or at the order counter at any given moment?“
“I get it that society is all "contactless", but for crying out loud would it kill ya to at least make eye contact or say "Welcome to McDonald's" or "Thank you for paying us money for this cold burger." Idk maybe I'm just old fashioned haha.“
“My drive through order was correct and the person who took the order was nice. After I paid I was asked to pull into a stall and waited 15 mins for my food, that was not so great. It was 7:30 at night. Not a peak time.They have 4 or 5 waiting stalls. They were ALL full of people who went through the drive through. The McDonald's on 33rd isn't open but I find it hard to believe that's why they were so slow. There is another McDonald's much closer to the closed 33rd Ave one and it was busy but only took 5 mins to get me a similar order. Both visits were this week.The most important thing is my food was correct. But when it takes that long you get home and eat cold food. Not a great experience. I recommend any other location here locally.“
“Think the second windows person could of had some personality to her on going script! Thumbs up to the guy in the front windows for taking time to smile and say hi while still taking a order. Takes time and patience to do what he does! Great job!“
