Cold food. Expect to have to go and ask for it after waiting 15 minutes. Far too many employees standing around. Missing condiments. No place to even get ketchup without asking.. then they give a handful of packets. Even McDonalds worst business models, can do better.

We were greeted by Justin and the most friendliest atmosphere and personality an employee could offer. If it wasn't for an employee like Justin ensuring our happiness and fluidness of working through the kiosks. I'm not certain we'd return as we focus on kindness and appreciation as customers within the store.

I ordered online and did a curbside pickup. Girl brought my order and individual gave me 4 cups with no holder and I was looking through the bag and they didnt give me a sandwich I ordered and I ordered 2 large fries but I got 1 ( which i didnt care bc the fries suck anyways. Not the same as it was few years ago). I went inside and it took them a few min to see i was there. Lady came and said what do you need. I said Rude but I didnt get this item. She went to 3 people and said shes missing this. She added the item to a bag and placed it on the counter and walked away.
McDonald's alone had been going down hill. The customer service is highly lacking and food definitely doing the same. This is why I dont eat out but maybe 1x a month.

I highly doubt that they are gonna care about this bad review because they are extremely unprofessional as it is. It’s a McDonald’s , it’s fast food, well I spent 4500 of my reward points aka all of them, on ONE frappe. I sat there for over five minutes after being asked to go to the second window. I called and asked politely if I had been forgotten about and they said no that they were changing the machine base or whatever. I’ve worked at McDonald’s and I know preparation and working machines are a must for morning operations. I waited another ten minutes and decided I just needed to leave because I had to get to work. I have to open a store and I have other responsibilities like everyone else. When I called as I was driving to work to explain the situation, they said they couldn’t give me my points back. They also said they couldn’t give me a coupon and that I could only drive up and mention my name to get another free frappe. To wait twenty minutes on? No thank you. I declined politely and said I didn’t want to go to that McDonald’s again because I’ve had several issues with the establishment before this particular situation. The manager then proceeded to tell me to have a great day and hung up on me. This is why I won’t be going to that McDonald’s ever again. I won’t wait over twenty minutes for a frappe anywhere ever again. Twenty cars passed me.

Probably the worst McDonalds dine in experience I’ve ever had 😅

All the tables were dirty, normally I could find one clean looking table but nope. Fountain Drink Area was out of ice of course and no reg Dr Pepper. The other sodas lowkey tasted a little flat even though there definitely looked like carbonation in it. Had to ask a couple of times for a rag to clean my table area while it seemed like no one wanted to do it. Honestly wished they just let me do it because it’s so awkward to have a paid worker to do when they literally complained about doing it in front of you 🤪

Also the bathrooms were horrid! Definitely went next door to the gas station to use a cleaner toilet area.

Only 1 star for good chicken nuggets.

Overall, don’t dine here if you could. They were not short staff at all, and was not busy at all inside or drive thru and still didn’t wanna clean a damn thing and when you did place an order you gonna wait like 15-20min. My child literally said I thought this was supposed to be fast food, not slow food 😅

Anyways rant over, dine in here with caution ⚠️

Today marks the second time that they took our money and let us sit at a window for almost 20 minutes while they took care of every other car behind us. We saw new people pull in, go around to the drive thru, pull through, and leave with their food. When we went in, the Manager took care of us and asked the crew “Did you all forget the lady at the window again?”
I understand that things can get busy but this is the second time and based on the comment from the manager, this appears to be a trend for other customer aside from myself.
