This McDonald's started out pretty great. It has since gone downhill. The last three times I went there, the nuggets and fries were soggy and cold and the girl who answered the speaker was rude. Oh well, McDonald's has gotten way too expensive for fast food anyway.

Naomi was the highlight of me and my partner's night! Went out of her way to make sure we got extra fresh food and gave us a survey for free food next visit. She was so nice and we hope to see her at the drive thru window again

I don’t understand how this McDonald’s is still open, the staff always seems to have poor attitudes, orders are almost always incorrect even though they are right in front of them, and missing items. Even when they are “slow” they still find a way to get you to go park and wait 10-15 minutes for your order. Don’t even bother going save your time and money and avoid this place.

Worst location in Cedar Rapids and should be closed down at this point… asked for my food “cook to order” and received a stale sandwich after waiting for 15 mins in the drive thru, with only 2 cars ahead of me.

Honestly the worst mcdonalds in town. Everytime I order from here they either skimp on ingredients, forget parts of the order or just get it wrong entirely! I highly advise avoiding this location!

Once again you messed my order and im going to a different location to fix it. Its not difficult to fill orders correctly. Do better.
I do not mind placing my own order. Easy ans quick. As far as customer service it is terrible. You get no salt or ketchup with your meals. Trying to get help is impossible. They will look at you from the kitchen...managers and all and not help you. Even walk by you with cell phone in hand and ignore you. You can look in the kitchen and total chaos. Manager yelled out 3 times to employees not to be on phones. I am all for efficiency but you lost and gains you could of achieved by terrible customer service
