Where do I start? Getting charged an extra 1.25 for a little pad Thai sauce for the non existent sauce on my noodles? The hair in my food? The cashier (young black girl) who gave me ONE lemon for my water and said it's one lemon per customer. Um no you can have as many lemons as are in the drink area they are free for the taking no limit. Or the no lime with my pad Thai meal. Or the no cabbage like maybe literally a half teaspoon of chopped cabbage. No joke. Or the fact that they refuse to answer the phone and when I bring it to their attention they all stand around and none of the 5 workers can try to call the restaurant phone and see what's wrong with it? Or the white girl with dark hair sweeping the same area for 10 minutes glaring at me while I'm waiting for my food. The only nice employee was a young Hispanic woman who served my food. Everyone else was awful. I've never been charged for extra pad Thai sauce. And I've never seen so little of it on my food. I got eggs and noodles and nothing else.
The food, the attitude, the cheapskate lemon limit, the hair in my food, and the quality of the food and people working except for the Hispanic girl is why this restaurant deserves a 0 star rating. Try other Asian or Thai places instead of this Americanized fake Thai food. The tiny sliver of purple cabbage is the only purple cabbage I got.
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free with purchase of adult meals which is a nice deal.

The people behind the counter were cleaning the floors on his hands and knees. He then went back started to cook without washing his hands Very disturbing to say the least and so un sanitary.

The service was quick and friendly which is always a highlight, plus kids eat free! I had the zucchini noodles with garlic cream sauce & grilled chicken. It was very delicious, the noodles were cooked perfectly. My daughter had the butter noodle kids meal which she enjoyed, only negative was we did find a hair as soon as she unwrapped the rice krispie. The inside could really use some TLC & deep cleaning.

Watz up wit having dashers fill drinks for the restaurant... Nasty in more than one way... ?????
Honestly, every time I order delivery or go in to eat at this Noodles & Co. My food has been very subpar. I one time got a Penne Rosa with noodles that tasted extremely rancid. Sadly I had Door Dashed this and was unable to get a refund from Door Dash which really disappointed me. One time we went in store and I got the Japanese Pan Noodles and all of the Udon was completely chopped up. Not the long slurpable noodles I was used to, that's one of my favorite parts of Udon is having the long noodles in my chopsticks, but every time I go in store or order it online the Udon is in pieces :'(. Noodles are very frequently gummy whenever I order. I worked for Noodles & Co for 2 years in my 20's and was the Journey Leader (Trainer) for the whole restaurant, so maybe I have high standards.
Kid-friendliness: Noodles Kids Meals are honestly the bomb. Very affordable and tasty for kids. Would love to see more side options though than just broccoli.

I was in the mood for some noodles and I remembered this place gave great food and service.
I only grabbed my food to go but the dining area looked pretty good. The menu had been updated with an electronic board.
After some thinking, I decided to choose a limited time dish called the Chicken and Prosciutto Tortellini with Smoked Gouda. Thankfully, the wait time for my food wasn’t long.
I found the Gouda sauce to be quite creamy and savory. The tortellini was pretty tasty, the chicken and prosciutto made for a great combo.
Things were kind of slow at Noodles and Company at the time but they did well and made some great pasta. I’ll make sure to find time for another visit.
Vegetarian options: Any vegetarian options are clearly marked on the menu.

Also the dining room is often dirty with the employees standing around instead of cleaning when I visit in person, that's why I started doing delivery. But I'll just be making their recipes at home from now on because they sure don't make them right here.

Good service. Although not many people in the restaurant it took a little longer than we expected due to online orders (so they may catch you by surprise). Penne Rosa was a little bland. Pad Thai was pretty good. Zucchini pesto and Japanese pan noodles both flavorful. Mac and cheese is basic but good. Kids like it. It’s fairly quick.
