My visit to this restaurant was at dinner time. I was the only customer, so service was quick and the cashier was very pleasant. However, the establishment was very drab and dark. One employee seemed to be on break and slouched at a table in the main dining area. Another table had an empty drink cup setting on it. Two of the three employees were standing behind their workstations reading their cell phones. One employee was busy making an order. I watched my order being put together and the cashier/worker finished my order with a squirt of seasoning and a garnish of cilantro without wearing gloves....gross!

I worked at Noodles and Company years ago and the food was fresh, delicious, large portion sizes, and served in ceramic bowls with metal silverware, overall a great value. Over the years the flavor, quality, and portion size has gone downhill significantly and today's visit at the Cedar Rapids Lindale location was rock bottom. Pad Thai was served in a plastic container, noodles barely cooked, sauce watery, barely any flavor, small portion size, charged $14, simply unacceptable. The place hasn't been deep cleaned in years and is very run down and smells like it. Leadership obviously doesn't care and has neglected the business for a very long time. I was impressed with the cashier who started two weeks ago, was friendly and was doing his best, the other staff looked simply depressed in this place. I can confidently say that this franchise will go out of business if it continues this way and this is the last time I will ever eat here.

I ordered buttered noodles with grilled chicken and broccoli online for pick up at 12:30. I got there around 12:33 and it was ready to go. However, my noodles were VERY hard and dry, and so was the chicken. There were elbow macaroni noodles mixed in everything, even in my side of broccoli- not a huge deal but just random. I used to LOVE this place a few years ago and I hadn’t had it since then so I thought, why not. But definitely not happy with the food. I would have taken it back if I wasn’t on my lunch break.

I've ordered here for years. Many years. It's been my favorite noodle spot. Today I was told I cannot order a dish of buttered noodles. It is 3 ingredients for those not aware. Noodles. Butter. And Parm cheese. The restaurant named Noodles and Company. Will not make a dish of noodles, butter, and Parm. When I called to complain I got left on ring endlessly and on second try, hung up on. I don't know what happened but this place has gone to trash. Highly recommend taking your hunger and money elsewhere until management appears and decides to run a business finally. I will take my weekly business elsewhere from now on, not that they seem to mind. Hopefully I save someone else a poor dining experience 👍🏿

Came in to pick up an order yet again from the same employee who claimed to be one of the managers I again in front of her face clicked confirm and then she proceeded to give attitude as I stated to her if she wasn’t on her phone and doing her job she was able to see her phone but couldn’t see mine in front of her face on camera if you want to run the cameras back I will take this to district if I have to I’m simply trying to do my job I don’t deserve attitude from her every time I come in

The wait was long. The drink machine has no ice. Our food was not warm. I ordered the Crusted Chicken Parmesan and it came with spinach instead of broccoli. My first two bites the chicken was cold.

Where do I start? Getting charged an extra 1.25 for a little pad Thai sauce for the non existent sauce on my noodles? The hair in my food? The cashier (young black girl) who gave me ONE lemon for my water and said it's one lemon per customer. Um no you can have as many lemons as are in the drink area they are free for the taking no limit. Or the no lime with my pad Thai meal. Or the no cabbage like maybe literally a half teaspoon of chopped cabbage. No joke. Or the fact that they refuse to answer the phone and when I bring it to their attention they all stand around and none of the 5 workers can try to call the restaurant phone and see what's wrong with it? Or the white girl with dark hair sweeping the same area for 10 minutes glaring at me while I'm waiting for my food. The only nice employee was a young Hispanic woman who served my food. Everyone else was awful. I've never been charged for extra pad Thai sauce. And I've never seen so little of it on my food. I got eggs and noodles and nothing else.
The food, the attitude, the cheapskate lemon limit, the hair in my food, and the quality of the food and people working except for the Hispanic girl is why this restaurant deserves a 0 star rating. Try other Asian or Thai places instead of this Americanized fake Thai food. The tiny sliver of purple cabbage is the only purple cabbage I got.
Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free with purchase of adult meals which is a nice deal.

The people behind the counter were cleaning the floors on his hands and knees. He then went back started to cook without washing his hands Very disturbing to say the least and so un sanitary.

The service was quick and friendly which is always a highlight, plus kids eat free! I had the zucchini noodles with garlic cream sauce & grilled chicken. It was very delicious, the noodles were cooked perfectly. My daughter had the butter noodle kids meal which she enjoyed, only negative was we did find a hair as soon as she unwrapped the rice krispie. The inside could really use some TLC & deep cleaning.
