Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I went there for my daughter birthday and the service was terrible, they gave me my burger wrong the food was cold and my daughter never got her sundae for her birthday. I'm done with this place!

Never been here before. Really liked the burger I had and look forward to trying more. They have a good beer list, not just the typical Bud light on tap list. Prices were good for the quality. Service was very good.

Burgers were great. Fries were hot. They bought a second round and they were crazy hot out of the fryer. Amazing. I'd say they've improved since the last time I was there just after COVID.

Went in on my Birthday and husband and kids asked if they sang or did something for birthday they said yes but would not do it for them to me.
WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED as we drove from waterloo to cedar rapids just cuz i love red Robin and wanted it for my birthday

My wife and I were traveling through Cedar Rapids on a trip, and decided to try Red Robin for the first time. Food was stellar, atmosphere was quite nice. But our server Nick went above and beyond for us. This person truly provided some of the best customer service I've ever had. Major, major props to this server.

Me and my twin get a birthday deal every year and it’s a tradition at this point. Service was phenomenal and the manager would stop during our visit to check up on us. Food was fresh and I will definitely be coming back.
