Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Service was extremely slow, food was fine. Took forever to get refills, and took about 10 min to even have anyone come to our table to be greeted. It was around 5 though so I think there were only 2 servers working (when counting heads). Not super impressed :/

There accommodations for celiacs (gluten free) is top notch. Its taken serious in prepping safe food! The GF is also great!

Best red Robin experience I've had on years. Last two times I had Red Robin, it was at the Champaign and East Peoria locations in Illinois...very disappointing. However, this location is so much better. Burgers, fries, and appetizers were amazing. I also really appreciate how seriously Red Robin takes gluten (and other) allergies. Gluten free buns readily available and all ingredients well documented online. Keep up the good work!

I recently visited Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews, and it was a really enjoyable experience. The restaurant has a fun and energetic atmosphere that makes it a great place for families, friends, or even a casual lunch outing. The burgers were the highlight of the visit. They were juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The unlimited steak fries are always a favorite and were served hot and crispy. It’s definitely one of the best parts of the meal!

The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our server checked on us regularly and was quick with refills and extra fries, which made the experience even better.

Overall, Red Robin in Cedar Rapids is a great place for delicious burgers, good portions, and friendly service. The lively atmosphere and consistent quality make it a reliable spot for a satisfying meal. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again soon!

We hadn't been here in quite a few years. Went to dinner here on Saturday evening. I have to say the service was outstanding. Our server was Leah and she was probably one of the best servers I've ever had! She was outgoing, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and her service was fast. We were very impressed. The food was also very good, but mainly Leah made our visit worth while.

Visited the restaurant in Cedar Rapids last weekend the host wouldn't seat us even though there were a lot of open tables. She told myself and my family that her manager wouldn't let her seat us because the kitchen was backed up with door dash orders. We left the restaurant because I felt this is a bad way to handle this. We should have been seated at a table given something to drink until the kitchen was able to catch up. There wasn't anywhere in the lobby for us to sit and wait anyway. We should have been waited on before the door dash orders because we were there to eat at the restaurant and the door dash employees were taking food to people the couldn't or wouldn't drive to the restaurant themselves to eat. Customers that come to restaurant should take presidence over the door dash orders. 2 of the door dash orders came up when were there and no door dash employees to pick them up. This wasn't fair and it is really bad business. I also contacted them by email about this situation. I still haven't received a response! Went back to try again and was told there was a wait of 20 minutes, there were plenty of tables for them to seat us. This is very sad that they are serving door dash customers 1st before customers that are actually coming to eat at the restaurant. This affects their servers because they aren't getting good tips because customers are leaving or people are frustrated about the wait. We left again and went to another restaurant and was seated and served immediately! Once I am done using my gift cards I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I don't recommend this place anymore.

Had a great experience at this Red Robin. I was in town visiting family and decided to get some burgers! The waitress named Lexi was so sweet and kind. She was very attentive and made sure our experience was great!! Kudos!! 🌟

Came here with a party of 8 at 6pm Saturday night. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait. Ok no problem. Some of our party waited in the car some waited at the bar. We had a bowling reservation at 730 so plenty of buffer time.

The bar itself was filthy, with plates and drinks from previous guests that hadn't been bussed to the wash room. The bar tender himself was waiting tables as well. Took forever to get a single drink.

Eventually we were seated, and it took an hour to get our food. It came out one by one with the last plate served at 745. Yes, an hour and 15 mins after being seated. Showed up at 6, food at 745.

This a burger joint. What is the problem?

Literally have no reason to ever go back. And really we should get our money back because it says bottomless fries but we barely even got our food at all. No time.

Ordered four 9.99 burgers with fries a drink Saturday at 5 pm via the RR App. Fries were old overcooked dark brown slightly warm-should not have been used for my order, these Steak Fries all went into my trash can. Burgers - the toppings & bun choice were not followed per the online order. Burgers were old. Ordered online 4:47 pm, app states food ready at 4:58 pm arrived at store 5:02, received food at 5:04 Home by 5:13. Food was not freshly prepared. I’ve brought home leftovers from RR that were hotter & fresher than this order.
McDonald’s Burger King Taco Bell have a better standard.

Waitress took our order and then brought out our prepared meals.
Not once did that waitress look in our direction!
Never stopped by to see we need refills on our drinks and wanted to order additional items.
Finally had to go find that waitress, she seemed annoyed that we were not happy!
Spoke to the on duty manager, he didn't seem to care, just covered for the waitress!
Will never return to that restaurant!
Very very dissapointed!!!
