Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Hadn't neen in several years, I need to remember to go back more often. They have great GF bun for their burgers & their sweet potato fries are GF as well!

Went here for Valentines day with my friend, but unfourantely seeing the menu in person, we weren't really feeling the food anymore and decided to go somewhere else. Not only was our server Nick SUPER understanding, but incredibly nice the entire time as well. My friend had a phone call halfway through, and Nick was super respectful and waited until her call was done to come back to us. Not just Nick, but the hostess was super sweet as well. My favourite thing is when employees act like themself, and they both did just that. Both of them deserve every good thing they get, and I hope they're the ones who help me next time I come 🤍.

Burgers were amazing! I had salad, which was delicious. My husband had steak fries they were a little soggy. My daughter had garlic fries and hers were not as soggy as his and good.

Parking: You may have to walk a bit as there are stores and thing close by with shared parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to roll a wheelchair in and out. Getting it to bathroom is a chore as close.

Very nice server named Samantha. Her boss was super nice too. She had an 11 top table plus mine and another. Wasn’t stressed, and they got stuff right. Mushroom Burger was really good. Salad was fresh and fries were hot. Good job.

Ugh horrible!!! I have stayed away for a long time due to mistakes with my food or others in my party continuously. Decided to try it again tonight. Too much money for huge disappointment again. I ordered my Bonzai Burger with Pink. Can’t tell the difference from a hockey puck to what I got. No pink at all! It was awful. My food was door dashed due to a surgery I had so can’t drive. Never again. That was a 1/4 of my car payment. Honestly a Casey’s burger under the heat lamps would have tasted better than what I got. Never again. Continue to disappoint.

Was at the Cedar Rapids location and I honestly wasn't a fan of my food. The service manager was AMAZING and noticed that I didn't really eat my food and kindly credited my meal off our ticket.

It's ok. The food is what it is. I've always had fantastic service every time I've been here. I come back just for that.

Clean restrooms. Family friendly. Fresh food in a timely fashion. Kids menu. Lots to to pick from. I tried the mushroom swiss burger this time id say average but the cheesy bacon fondue burger wont disappoint or the mad love burger. Go with the Crispy fries with a good light seasoning recommend highly. Sweet potato fries were average no sweet seasoning or sauce. Waiter was excellent. Order correct.

Our waitress was doing amazing. We ordered 2 different kinds of pop and both had to be replaced due to a taste that was bleachy crossed with carbonated issues. My burger was to be medium and his well done but they reversed them. The table next to use got an appetizer that was fried food but burnt n hard and the table behind us sent their drinks back as well. Non of what our waitress did was bad it was the kitchen at fault. I felt so bad for the waitress because every table was complaining around us. She told the manager and he deducted $21 from our bill.

Went there a week ago with my father. He had the ribs and I had the chicken tenders and fries. Chicken was good and the Ribs were absolutely perfect. Tasty sauce and the meat was the best thing, great flavor and had the fall off the bone texture which is what you want. It’s hard to find perfect ribs really. It’s either dry or the sauce is not that good. If anyone wants great ribs then try the ones here.

Food was good. However, there is an entertainment fee if the Kiosk is used. This was unreasonable as we did not know about it. Red robin should be transparent to the customers about this.

They are liars worked 1 day they didnt scedual me for 2 weeks finnally messaged then scedualed me every day i said i could not work then fired me becouse i told them i couldnt work weekends due to i have my child on weekends said thy called me welly phone is off becouse they said i would get paid friday still have jot got paid 4 weeks after i started do not work for this company thet are a joke and scam
