“I ordered the Scalloped Potatoes and Ham. I thought that was cornbread but it was mandarin orange quick bread. In the bowl is applesauce. All of it was delicious. With a can of Diet Pepsi the bill was just under $10.I don't live in Clarence but I'll make a point of stopping there on the way to other places.They have a very limited menu but I like that. Check their Facebook page to see what they are serving.”

“The chicken good, the pie is good! The patrons are welcoming and friendly towards visitors. The Bar tender lady is wonderful.Ample car parking is close by and truckers can walk < 7 minutes from Sunspot fuel station.”

“Best bog ever. The owner actually cares and puts a lot of work into this. Super friendly. From garden tractor pulls, to a slip and slide, always has something for the kids to do. Adult drinks and a food menu. Camping large parking lot. Well organized. I wish there were more places like this to play at.”

“A very nice restaurant and bar. Super friendly staff as well as patrons. I eat hardely and i was stuffed with the special, which was a giant tenderloin and i had fries which i couldnt finish. Money well spent in my book. Very relaxed atmosphere, actually ran into a cpl friends. This place has always had an excellent rep. Which is well deserved in my opinion.Parking: Plenty of parking many spaces can be veiwed by restaurant windows, i had no problem with the lighting but i recall it being soft on the eyes. Why waste money on unneeded lights which would pass costs onto the cust.. haste not wasteWheelchair accessibility: No steps that i can recall, very flat level ground.”

“Excellent variety of bourbon and they make a great Old Fashioned. The place is small and very cozy. The owners are very friendly and chat with customers while providing great service. We didn't have any food but there are items on the menu that we will try some time.”

“Nice and clean restaurant. Service was great as well as the food . I did visit when I wasn't feeling my best and did get a to go box for what I did not eat.however the food was really delicious. The strawberry margarita was good. Chips and salsa were good as well. Staff made me feel comfortable. And if I'm ever passing back through Tipton I would try again . 10/10”

“Nice small town bar. Clean. Pool league plays there. They do have food, I haven't eaten there yet. What I've seen looks good. They also have Frozen Pizza. I wouldn't have a problem eating here.”

“Such a fun cool bar with history! Everybody knows your name type of feel with wonderful staff! Good food also! Recommend chicken bacon ranch pizza! Great place to stop while touring these small communities in northeast Iowa! Would be a nice motorcycle ride into town!”

“19 of us went to the Double Bogey Bar & Grill. We all ordered lunch and it came quickly. The food was delicious and the one waitress was very friendly and efficient. The whole restaurant was clean. We will go again anytime we are near Tipton, Iowa.”

“Great friendly place! We went to watch an Iowa game and had an absolute blast! Karaoke was wild and fun with the owner running the mic for a while! Made new friends and ran into old ones! “With the new owner the place is taking shape. Yes the wait time is still the same but the food is better and the people are nicer. On a normal day I’ve seen a 5 cars be in and out within a couple mins before it would take a good 10 mins. The new owner is doing a way better job then the old one. From what I hear the only one treated the employees like trash.”
