my daughter's decided they needed gift certificates for their teachers Christmas gifts late this year. I contacted KB and even though they were not open for regular business hours they were willing to meet me to get the gift certs. Jayna, and the rest of the crew there are so willing to go above and beyond.
Also if you haven't been in and seen the amazing art decor and heard the stories behind them it is a must go just for that alone
