“The variety of beer is great. My husband and I tasted 5 beers and each one was yummy. The atmosphere in the old house with a fire burning in the fireplace was so homey. The bartender was friendly too. The only criticism I have is that the only food offered was frozen pizza.“

“Although the pizza and service were good, I don’t think it’s worth how expensive it is here ($30 for a pizza) which is why I’m giving 4 rather than 5 stars. The pizza can definitely be shared between two people and we enjoyed it but it’s nothing out of this world.“

I have been to lots of restaurants in my life and alot of restaurants have messed up my order, I have been to taco tico in Mason city plenty of times and they have never messed up on my order.“

“Hello Mason city, I'd like to point out that my past visit to Pancheros did not go so well. I went there with my mother at around 2:15-2:30 pm, and we were greated with the nicest workers, and all was going good until the manager came out. We had seen her previously overviewing a new employee. And he was a nice guy talkative and just had a good vibe. He made a mistake on an order prior to us, and she called him to the back to "talk to him" and believe or not her voice was heard by others cussing and giving her employee a hard time for a simple mistake. Later on my mother and I were waiting for the steak to get cooked, and the manager comes up and starts telling us what we want. And we told her no we're waiting for the steak politely, and she gave us both a dirty look. So I'm not saying the customer service was bad, but the management needs a good look at on who they put in charge.“
