I had lost a shoe outside. I called back when I got home and let them know. A gal went and found it. I asked for it to be sent to me. I would pay for it of course. She said she had to talk to her manager. She was out on sick leave. Well we didn’t get a call back from anyone so we drove an hr and 20 minutes to go get it.
