I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Dairy Queen in Kilgore Texas sucks. they never answered the phone. and the last time I went there, I ordered a belt buster combo, and I got a piece of meat with cheese on dry bread and floppy french fries. i paid seventeen dollars for that got ripped off. Kilgore texas sucks!!
The service was not very good. One person to take an order and take the money and then made the order. Two at drive through. Looked like one was stocking. The tables and windows were absolutely horrible. You had to have the correct change or a credit card. People weren’t happy and quite a few walked out. My question is-where is the person in charge? Why wasn’t someone contacted to get cash for the register? I know help is hard to find but how about taking care of the customers...read full review

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill serves great food, but the service can be inconsistent. The menu items, such as the Snickerdoodle Cookie Dough Blizzard and Cookie Jar Blizzard, are tasty, but portion sizes can be small, especially for the price. Despite this, the restaurant can handle a decent volume of customers during peak hours, with mostly teen staff doing a good job. The young man that waited on customers was extremely polite. DQ chicken tenders are the best, and the Oreo ice cream cake is yummy. However, the restaurant has room for improvement - some customers have experienced long wait times, and the staff could benefit from better management and more attentiveness to cleaning tasks. Overall, Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a decent option for a quick meal, but customers may need to be patient and double-check their orders.
