“Big shout-out to the male manager at Krispy Kreme Clive today (Sept. 27) for showing such excellent customer service and kindness. He not only corrected the mistake in my order but also compensated me for the inconvenience. He sincerely apologized and even invited me to bring my daughter next time so she could have a special treat since the flavors were for her. He explained they were short-staffed and swamped, which I understand as a healthcare worker — I know how tough that can be. The doughnuts here are always fresh and delicious, but this kind of service is what makes me want to keep coming back“
