Big shout-out to the male manager at Krispy Kreme Clive today (Sept. 27) for showing such excellent customer service and kindness. He not only corrected the mistake in my order but also compensated me for the inconvenience. He sincerely apologized and even invited me to bring my daughter next time so she could have a special treat since the flavors were for her. We got there around 8 seems like we got yesterday's donuts didnt taste fresh and I am paying 17 for a dozen assorted donuts then when I get to register they are adding an additional 40 cents more for oreo and cheesecake per donut....How much do you really need for these donuts and we weren't told that these would be an uncharted, that would have been nice to know while we we were making our picks.
