Big shout-out to the male manager at Krispy Kreme Clive today (Sept. 27) for showing such excellent customer service and kindness. Krispy Kreme staff is always super nice and helpful. Make sure to get there when the new doughnuts are being made! Fresh is the best!

Krispy Kreme is a donut shop with a casual atmosphere. The service is generally great, with helpful staff offering advice on donuts. However, there are some inconsistencies in the quality of the doughnuts, with some being small and hard. The variety of donuts is limited, and the hours of operation have been inconsistent since the pandemic. Despite this, the donuts are worth trying. The parking lot and drive-through could use some improvement, with some customers experiencing confusion and long wait times.
