Remind me to never order delivery from here. Takes over an hour every time I have ordered. I ordered at 12:29pm, and it's now 1:30pm. Order has been "out for delivery" for over 30 min when I am less than 2 miles from the store. Definitely not freaky fast.
I ordered at 12:29 pm it is now 2:33pm just got food. I am starved and now have a sour taste in my mouth.
Get it together!
Maybe shut off delivery if you cannot even be respectful of someone’s time and money!

Thank you Jimmy John's!! I ordered my lunch before noon on this extremely cold day, and kept working. Realized after an hour I didn't have my lunch and started to wonder, but also knew how cold it is outside and figured you probably got swamped with orders. When my order arrived - it was a no charge due to lateness.....Thank you for making it right without my even asking!!!
