My sister came here in October to get me coffee on our way home from the hospital after I gave birth to my son. I got my order confused with two of their seasonal drinks, and when my sister tried explaining the situation and what I had told her I wanted, the staff was FANTASTIC! They were so sweet customizing my drink (which was delicious) and even threw in a couple extras for us. Baby Declan and I are so thankful and will definitely mark this as our favorite location in the metro!
I’ve visited this Starbucks several times, and I’m always impressed by the consistently friendly and efficient service. Even during the busy morning rush, the baristas remain cheerful, professional, and attentive to every order. The drinks are always made perfectly, and the positive atmosphere makes the experience stand out. It’s clear that this team takes pride in what they do — a great example of excellent customer service and quality. Highly recommend this location!
The staff are always friendly, the store is always clean, and the coffee and croissants are always delicious! I work from home and this is the perfect place to work a day or two a week when I need to get out of the house.
