I've gone to 1892 many times over the years and its a cool, chill place to grab a drink and hang. I recently went last weekend and the bar tenders were very attentive and friendly. They have some great craft beers available. It's a staple on the 100 block of CB and I will probably see myself going back sometime soon.
1892 is one of my favorite places to have a drink. All the bartenders and the owner provide amazing service. The atmosphere is top notch. Stop down for a cocktail and have some food.

So much potential - good location, cool brick building. Was greeted by the friendly bar dog. Bartender was friendly too... but maybe it's changed since a reviewer (about a year ago) wrote "great craft beer selection". They had an IPA, a German bock, and maybe a cider or something. Other than that - standard domestic light beer lineup. I get it if you're a dive bar, but such a great location deserves better beer selection.
