editing my review wasn't the best before about 4 months ago but the new manager is really awesome that make me feel welcome and make me a very happy customer also I would like to shout out Albert the taller gentleman with glasses he was really helpful and nice definitely a complete 360 from what it used to be
On July 28th at about 630pm we came in to get a little something to tide us over till we stopped for the night. It's been hot hot hot and the customer service that the very tall black guy gave my husband and I was fantastic. I looked for a name tag but did not see one. So many truck stop Burger King's are a hot mess, we don't even go to them. But we will start coming to the one every time we are in the area. Horrible staff organization and customer service. Ignore customers, forget to cook your order and serve multiple people fully before remembering we were there.
