“Fun place and decor. Really busy for lunch but order was correct, hot, and delicious. The single cheeseburger is huge, really enough to share-same with kids meals. It was the best burger I have had anywhere for years-full leaf of lettuce, slice of tomato and pickle, so good. The staff was efficient but not friendly and looked unhappy. As we left, I thanked two workers that I walked by, said it was a great lunch. They didn’t even acknowledge me.“

“I love the mushroom and Swiss Runza and my husband likes the bacon cheeseburger. He swears they have the absolute best lemonade too. Food is always hot and the atmosphere is very pleasant. We come to the city about twice a week and we always stop there. We love it and would definitely recommend it for a delicious taste of the Midwest!!“

“It’s a great place to eat!!! They have a variety of food, I have my favorites, Patty melt with bacon is bomb 💣!!! Prime rib sandwich on Pretzel bun yum!!! Chef salad 🥗 and chicken salad are very good also, bbq sauce is amazing, plus it’s nice when you walk in and I hear hi Patty lol what’s that tell ya 😀 ❤️ me some Buck Snort!!!!!“

“my daughter and I went to barleys yesterday for lunch. loved that it was handicap accessible without any steps. We sat towards the back of the reatraunt and was quickly serviced by a waitress to get our drink orders and given menus. I ordered the patty melt and my daughter ordered a Canadian pizza. both were really good. the only thing we wished were different and I say we because she stole a lot of my fries lol were the fries needed seasoned with something. we had to add salt. and the patty melt sandwich could've used an added sauce like Dorothy lynch or something. it wasn't dry just needed something else to add flavor. otherwise it was really good. will definitely be back.“

“The burgers are delicious and juicy. They are cooked when ordered, cooked to your preference. Medium to well done. The toppings were fresh too. The typical lettuce, onion, tomato and pickles. On the menu they have several specialty burgers. They also serve chicken and salads. Definitely coming back.“

“This location has a limited lot size and is up in a hill as compared to all the other Council Bluffs locations. It is handicap accessible and was surprisingly clean inside during the lunch rush. I placed a big order and didn't have too long to wait. There were zero mistakes, and everything was hot and fresh. It has been a long time in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area that a visit like this has occurred. Employees were friendly and professional. Excellent visit. I also tried those new Pickle fries. Wow! They were amazing for fast food.

Kid-friendliness: They had a mountain of King crowns available for children and at this time were giving out Addams Family toys in the kid meals.

Wheelchair accessibility: Built-in curb incline on the outside. Inside there are handicap accessible restrooms and plenty of room to maneuver the dinning room.“

“Today was our 4th trip to Culvers. The meal we had was delicious. They have the softest pretzels and hot cheese I have ever had. I was really disappointed though with the raspberry malt. it looked like a chocolate malt instead of a raspberry one. I took a swallow and got a big mouth full of malt flavor. topped off with big chunks of raspberry. it might have been good if it was one of the cement drinks. I called back and told the worker what had happened, he said bring it back and we'll make a new one. Thank you for your kindness sir. I would definitely recommend Culvers to anyone“
