I ordered a 2 piece white meat combo. Chicken skin was so hard from sitting under the warmer and the meat was dry to the point it was like shoe leather. I couldn't eat it. $8.01 wasted. Tried to call 4 times to complain and got hung up on each time. I'm livid at this point. Someone needs to make things right.
I work at McDonald's across the street from them. Our building is under construction. Our lobby was torn apart. I was going over there after work. I would order a soda and sit down, and call my husband to pick me up from work. It was only going to be while I was waiting for our lobby to be rebuilt because there was no place to sit and wait just long enough for a ride home.
