“Seven One Two . We can't rate them high enough. Food, service and overall quality are excellent. Details below. To start off, I'm in a wheelchair. Most places that are accessible will watch my wife struggle to get through the door or a customer will help. Not the case here. My wife was about to grab for the door and one of the staff was right there, with a smile. We were seated immediately, out of the way, but not hidden in the corner. Our server, Sheree, was awesome. She answered our questions and explained the specials. She returned appropriately fast to take our order. Being about 2/3 full, I was expecting a bit of a wait, but our drinks were brought out quickly. The food is excellent. Expect it to be what the menu says it will be, not what you want or think it might be. We had the crab cakes for our appetizer. It had a good amount of crab and not all bread crumbs. My wife had the peach flatbread. Exactly what the menu said it would be and delicious. I had the beef stroganoff. After a little hiccup, it was as ordered and very yummy. We were disappointed that we didn't have room for a dessert, but we will make sure to leave room in the future. When we were leaving, 2 staff members were headed to open the door for us. “This is one of the best fine dining spots in Omaha! Craig was amazing and my boyfriend and I to each and every dish. We started with a bottle of champs, then some fresh yellowtail, followed with a beet salad which had a slight Smokey flavor, OF COURSE the vodka pasta was a must, and finished with filet mignon. Everything was beyond from the atmosphere to the food! We will definitely be visiting again and bringing our friends and family with!!“

“My wife and I were in town for the "Beyond Van Gogh" exhibit at the Mid-America Center. Afterward, we looked up restaurants near us and chose La Sierra because several reviews mentioned authentic cuisine. We were not misled. The menu is small and straight forward. Pick your fillings and choose it in either a gordita, burrito, quesadilla or on a plate. We both got selections as gorditas. My wife ordered: Asado De Puerco, Picadillo Verde and Picadillo Rojo. I ordered: Papas Con Carne, Papas Con Chorizo and Deshabrada. I also wound up getting a burrito with Machaca. All the meats were seasoned nicely and delicious. Both the verde and rojo salsas they brought out enhanced the food. The rojo does have a kick (same sauce as in the Desshbrada) but the heat didn't linger so eating it was enjoyable. The margarita I ordered was delicious, made with real lime juice. Some people might complain because it is regular sized, served in a glass roughly the size of a martini glass. It isn't a gigantic gimmick you find in a lot of American-Mexican restaurants. It hit the spot! The fruit empanadas were lovely, the crust similar to a sugar cookie with strawberry or apricot. We tried both and thought the apricot won by a hair. Its sweet flavor was slightly stronger than the strawberry. The service was excellent, both our server and the gentleman from the kitchen (maybe owner) who brought out food to the table were extremely friendly and a pleasure to speak with. We've marked La Sierra in our "must do again" list and when we care back in Omaha, we will be stopping in.“

We don't go out often, and we don't usually go places so warm and friendly. We felt so comfortable dining in, and we can't wait to back and have more! “Went here today to try out their newest seasonal beers and omg! This is the ONLY place where I will drink a sour. Their cranberry sour was amazing. The Pecan Pie Brown Ale and the Stuffing beer were also very good. And it’s so nice that they have a couple of dairy/meat free options on their menu. We love this place!“

The waitress we had was very friendly and did a great job answering any questions and explaining the menu. We had the crab rangoons, everything smoked salmon, and 3 sushi rolls…all were delicious. “I eat in, pick up, and get food delivered from here. Every time, it is delicious and warm. Their food is always fresh, you can tell their eggs are fresh by their orange yolks. Their staff is so friendly and accomdating, the iced coffee is the best I have ever had. My only complaint is that they aren't open later in the day, sometimes I want First Watch for dinner!?

Parking: The parking lot in front of their building is usually full, but there is an overflow parking lot to the left of their building within walking distance“

“Love this place. Great service! I got my items to go, but the atmosphere was quaint even though it was a big place. Love that it has an outdoor space as well. My coffee was perfect. I got the vegan burrito and the coffee cake muffin. Both were delicious! I meant to get the vegetarian burrito, but was not disappointed. I will get it next time.“

“The food here is to die for. I've not found something that isn't top notch. Their serving of poutine style fries are also huge and a meal in of themselves. As a side note I love their cuts of a potato picture.

“The best bar food in downtown Omaha, hands down. The beet chips and beet burger are unexpected and fantastic, the wings are unmatched, and the Rueben is killer. Perfect little low-key bar for a small gathering or a date, staff is accommodating and professional and the music is good. Sunday night is our favorite night.

“I had heard about Plank from an article on IHeart.com and thought of giving it a try. so for lunch I called in an order for take out and the gal on the phone we professional and took my order quickly and by the time I got there form Metro Fort campus it was ready. Plank definitely earned Best seafood in Nebraska.“

“The fortunate son cocktail was really good! I enjoyed the banana. There’s tons of different drink options including a huuuge cocktail menu. I will definitely come back and try the caffeinated cocktail menu. There’s typical bar snacks available, and a super cute photo booth! The staff was super nice and the patio is definitely dog friendly :)

“When my son and daughter-in-law told me this is where they wanted the reversal dinner I was skeptical. I was wrong. This was great food and the service was solid. The manager checked in several times and was even running food and drinks for our very large group. The pizza was delicious with a crunchy crust and perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings! Barstool sports would give it easily a 8.2 on their pizza ratings. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here or recommend it to anyone. Great job Smokin'Oak Wood-Fired Pizza and Taproom!“

“All the food was delicious. The drinks were on point! The fries are crispy, thin, salty, fluffy and delicious!! Macaroni and cheese was baked to perfection/ my daughter ate the leftovers and said it’s the best she’s had. My husband gave two thumbs up to the fried chicken bucket and he’s usually pretty picky about his fried chicken, so this is very positive! The chicken was served with a dish of blackened ranch dressing….YUM! we dipped the fries in the ranch…anything would taste good dipped in this dressing. I ate the vegan meatloaf sandwich with Texas toast grilled to crispy perfection, making this sandwich very delicious! What a surprise to have awesome vegan options on the menu…Thank you Fizzy’s! What makes this place even better is the atmosphere. The vibes in here are 50’s diner/bar and I love it, I mean, who doesn’t love a pink barstool??!! I will be back for the atmosphere and drinks, and I will need the fries again soon. My hubby’s vesper was expertly mixed. I had a mezcal drink from the pop-up, it was unique and tasty, served in a fun glass with a lovely marinated cherry garnish. 💕 LOVE

Vegetarian options: I had a vegan meatloaf sandwich. The Texas toast was perfectly crisp and delicious. The meatloaf was nutty, vegan mayo and bbq sauce topped it off well. Yum! This was a special dish offered on their pop-up menu.“

A little too sweet for my taste, but I wasn't disappointed by any means.The location is pretty cool. 3 or 4 restaurants side by side in case someone wants something else, and there's a common dining area.Not sure about the rest of the food, but the burger alone will bring me back.“

“We saw this place featured by Serese Cole from KMTV 3 News Now and her weekly Cheap Eats segment, as well as local food blogger Dan Hoppen from Restaurant Hoppen, raving about this new place for wings in the Kamp Blackstone food hall called Angelwingz Omaha! We've driven by KAMP a few times and always have been tempted to go in, and are now kicking ourselves for not going there sooner! What a cool place, with an awesome vibe and chef-driven casual food options that will make you look at burgers, hot dogs and wings differently! We chose the Buff Baby Wings and the Not-Tso-Nice wings, and HOLY CRAP, were they amazing!!! What makes their wings different is the crispy breading their oversized wings have, and the way they are presented. Seriously crunchy happiness in every bite, and as the Not-So-Nice sauce didn't seem spicy in the beginning, but oh it came on strong and wonderful after we were in to our 3rd wing! KAMP, a super cool atmosphere, great drink specials and awesome food choices! Will be back soon!“

“This place doesn't look like much, but the food is amazing and reasonably priced! They serve authentic Mexican food here. My favorite thing to get is the steak tacos. I usually get an order of rice to go with it. They have some of the best rice I've ever had. To be fair, I haven't had anything that I didn't like here. Their tortas (mexican sandwiches) are also a good choice. It shows that they are family owned and operated. They are very kind and friendly. They make you feel very welcome! I recommend giving this place a try!“
