If you don’t want people in the dining room right now, I understand that.
However, maybe posting a sign to that effect on the door or locking the door would be a great idea.
I walked in unaware that the dining room was closed because the door was open and there was nothing to say it was closed. The woman who came to the counter rudely said “you can’t be in here”. When I told her the door was open, she started yelling at the other employees about locking it.

Was completely ignored by the store manager. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes. The drive through was empty and there was one other customer waiting. What gives? How hard is your job? All you had to do was acknowledge us and say “I’ll be right with you.” It’s a common courtesy. You looked over at us three times over a five minute period and didn’t say a word. Maybe you should go find another job. Maybe this restaurant should be closed because it’s a tragedy.
