Seriously the best slice of cheese pizza I've ever had. And it was h u g e. And it was only five bucks. Brought a vegan pie all the way back to the Chicago suburbs and it was the best vegan pizza I've had.
The pizza is excellent. Crispy, very thin crust. The vegan pie was delicious. With so many toppings, I was concerned it would be overkill and too soggy. And though it did sag under the weight, their crust is up to the challenge.
The atmosphere is local bar/hangout. Very casual. Great if you like a noisy environment with a few TV's on the walls and lots of chatter. Didn't try the beer, but it looked like nice local brewery options.
Order at the counter.
One of the best NY style pies I have had outside the NY area. We had a large margarita pizza and a ham and bacon. For 5 people we had lots of leftovers. A small and large or two smalls probably would of worked if you were not planning on having leftovers.
