Food was very good but had a long wait to be seated and an even longer wait for our food. Had to flag down our waiter multiple times for refills and even napkins and silverware which was missing from our table when seated. The hibachi part felt very rushed with a lack of showmanship that it typically has. We even had to track down our waiter to pay the bill. We've been to Osaka before with far better service.
An amazing experience every time we go!! We always request the chef JB! He's extremely friendly, funny and an amazing chef! The food is always perfect! He definitely makes it fun for the kids.

We were a group of 8. We were all very pleased with our meals. The hibachi chef did a great job. The food was very good. Service was friendly and thorough. Over all it was great food and the experience was fun.
