Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

So disrespectful want cook customers food to order if they request it. The one on Broadway next to waffle house on telegraph road. Manager is very rude most of the workers is very rude also. Need to change management and replace some of your workers. You will go out of business. That why your sales is down. They think we need them. Kentucky fried chicken will cook your order to order with no problem. They said it will take about 20 to 25 minutes

I can’t rate the food because your employee in the Davenport Iowa store said they didn’t have white meat chicken at 2:45pm and that they were not cooking any for the day.

But you employees that work at the Davenport location on multiple days of the month are rude as ever. The greeting welcome, what you want, if we have it, no, what else, you done? Like I am bothering them. I plan on saying something every week about this specific Popeyes on every social media. I plan on going live and go to the store so hopefully corporate can see what kind of employees they hired, and how they treat customers who pays their paycheck….. I will not let up until you hire a new and capable manager that wants too work, and then hire a whole new employee/crew/staff, that really knows what customer service means.
I shouldn’t have to travel to Moline, IL to get white and dark meat for my order. So ridiculous…

Please just don’t just apologize, do something about it. I know you see your sales are down, Popeyes could possibly be making triple the $$ you all projected

Worst location I have ever been to! Rude lady working there. They weren't busy at all and gal had a Real bad attitude! I did make a complaint with their corporate so will see what they have to say!

They do Ok, but I never get the order correct 95% of the time. Compare that to Moline location-5 stars on everything! If you get Popeyes-go to the Moline store.

Worst popeyes ever. Im pretty sure the worker in this location left the chicken out cause my order smell like death. If I ever wanted popeyes again ill just make the drive to iowa city.

I came through the drive thru today and had blood in my chicken. I noticed the blood as I was eating. I called to let them know and I was told they can make it again for me. I asked about reporting it to corporate and was told they were a franchise. As everyone knows, you can get sick from this. I will never eat there again.

The store is really dirty and the staff here is rude how can they keep these workers and the chicken at the Popeyes gives the restaurant a bad reputation.

I stopped coming here as a customer and as a dasher. I decline every order i get from here because coming in and having to deal with the staff just ruins my day and makes me uncomfortable. The service here is beyond disgusting. As a dasher, i come in and they ignore me so im stuck standing there for 10+minutes. I came in as a customer once ane i get a nasty attitude from the lady at the counter. Also, dont order the chicken sandwich because they will give you 2 little tenders instead of a chicken breast as a sandwich.

The workers here always has an attitude. They take way too long to prepare food and the food is not really the best quality here. I love Popeyes, but this is particular restaurant is terrible.
