Found a bunch of hair in the food my wife was eating, so she told a worker, she said (well keep an eye on it) really! The remaining pizza should been thrown away but it was still out on the beffet.
I'd like a refund but didn't bother to ask, we won't be returning!!!!
Fresh food, clean store and efficient staff

We got there and they were closing they were supposed to be open until 7:00 and they were closing at 6:00 they need to update the hours online if they're going to do that really poor customer service very frustrating
Absolutely would give negative stars if I could — this place doesn’t even deserve zero. We rolled into Decorah Pizza Ranch around 3 PM, stomachs growling and ready to eat, only to be greeted by the rudest host I’ve ever encountered. Not a single other customer in sight, yet we were told it would be “at least a 30-minute wait” — seriously? The guy basically shrugged us off and said, “I’d just come back at five if I were you,” like he couldn’t be bothered to do his job. No explanation, no courtesy, no effort — just pure indifference.
His attitude made it crystal clear that our gluten-free request would have been treated with the same level of apathy, if not worse. So we bailed and hit Culver’s instead, where the staff was kind, helpful, and actually acted like they wanted our business. The food there? Fantastic.
Moral of the story: skip the Pizza Ranch drama and take your appetite somewhere that respects both your time and your dietary needs. Decorah Pizza Ranch? Hard pass.
Food is good except for the thick crust/stuffed crust pizzas where the dough is always undercooked.
ALWAYS RAW PIZZA DOUGH.
Treats employees unfairly, do not support this Buisiness.
The audacity of this business to ask for good reviews after the owner was compliant in the bullying of a disabled employee by another employee is horrid… completely tone deaf. I hope LISA KLEGSETH is fired and is never able to find employment again because it seems to be a trend with her calling her coworkers idiots and other such behavior. And JOHN DAMBEK needs to either sell or be replaced by the franchise for allowing such behavior. I love Pizza Ranch but I will no longer eat at this one.

This place allows their staff to bully an autistic coworker. Pathetic.
My wife and I drive 30 mile from Fayette for Veterans Day meal and they meet us at the register and say "We're Done"! This was a huge letdown! Insult and false advertising when I as a Veteran was invited by email! Turned me off from your restaurant!
