“My wife and I really enjoy visiting Bremer Brewery. They have a great variety of beers so you are sure to find something you like no matter your beer preference. They also have other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. The food is great and they switch it up from time to time with menu specials. If you want more than beer and food they host fun events like trivia night or live music each month. We have never been disappointed.”

“I wish I could remember our waiters name because he was so incredibly kind! I brought in my kids and their friends for a birthday supper tonight as a last minute change of plans and I’m so glad I did. Not only was the food a huge hit (they all said best they’ve ever had) and the service incredible.. he rounded up a group of staff to sing Happy Birthday to my kids (as a last minute request from me) and the entire restaurant ended up joining. I was already a repeat customer but even more so now. Thank you thank you thank you for making their 14th birthday just a bit more special!”

Their blended drinks are top-notch; the raspberry white mocha is my personal go-to, rich and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness. My wife has her own signature order that I’ve memorized after countless trips—it’s that kind of place where you find your drink and never look back... unless they break out something seasonal or are experimenting with a new beverage, then I always love being a guinea pig. 😅

Beyond the drinks, I love the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The shelves of books give it an eclectic feel, and it’s one of the few coffee shops where I can truly focus and get work done for hours. Even though I’ve been able to do some work from home for over a year, I make a point to stop by regularly—it’s my productivity haven and caffeine fix all in one.”

“Enjoyed my first visit to Berk's. We were there in the late afternoon and it was mostly an older crowd like ourselves. I understand that late in the evening it gets more lively with the college students. It was very pleasant, the bartender was friendly, the environment was peaceful at that time of day. The other bar patrons were friendly. They have comfortable upholstered bar stools as well as table seating. There are bags of snacks that you can buy.”

From the pink Cadillac on the wall to the small town neighborhood bar feel, this place hits just right. The barkeeps are attentive and polite, and the people there are exactly what you might expect. “Every time I’m asked what my favorite pizza place is, I say Urban Pie. While the only protein option is plant-based chicken, their vegan pizza menu is EXTENSIVE. My favorite is the Not So Crabby Rangoon with plant-based chicken, but everything I’ve tried has been absolutely heavenly. Perfectly baked crust, unique options you can’t get anywhere else - you can’t go wrong.”
