“They have the freshest, softest and tastiest bagels in town. They have every option you can think of. In my opinion it's the closest thing to a New York bagel an Iowan can get. I highly recommend making a sandwich out of it, instead of just the basic spread. They're soooo delicious!“

“This is a very nice laid back bagel coffee shop. There are a million drink options and tons of bagel and breakfast options. The bagel bites and bagels are awesome. Great place to relax and enjoy a cup of your favorite coffee or other drink and have something to eat.“

“I stopped by the store to pick up a half dozen bagels. Good news-bad news: the bagels were warm and fresh BUT the supply was low. (I am happy that people are buying their bagels).

One employee, Cody, was very efficient. He checked in the back for which bagels I preferred. He got everything ready quickly. I watched him work on several orders simultaneously. He probably has a good future in food service and/or customer. Thanks, Cody.“

“The entrance is actually directly below the TJ.Bagels sign however, I visited 2 days ago and was treated great by the customer service at the desk and with my order. They were trying and had patience since the sign I referenced was no longer there.

I didn't have any fun in the past that I wasn't pleased with the employee's customer service or the attitude.I could tell was going on behind the counter. Nevertheless, the food was good and atmosphere could be enhance with a few more comfy options. I chose cheese and egg on a croissant, An assiago bagel with garden vedge, And my new favorite, the caramel apple cider. Which, by the way, is not just a fall or seasonal drink... It's available year round!“
