The bar features a friendly and attentive staff, who are welcoming to newcomers and go out of their way to ensure customers are comfortable. Although the bar has a spacious environment, it could use a bit of cleaning in the bathroom. The bar offers long hours and serves drinks with a strong alcohol content at reasonable prices. There is a pool table and dart boards for customers' entertainment, along with a small stage for live music during the week. The Fat Tuesday band, known as the best house blues band, performs on Tuesdays, accompanied by a professionally-run open mic. While there have been occasional reports of rudeness from the bartender, the overall vibe is that of a great dive bar experience.
