Got two Burrito Bowls: Steak and Chicken. The Chicken was extremely salted, that my spouse bit into the Chicken and got a cluster of salt. My Steak was fine or so it seemed until I got to a portion of rice and I could tell that it too was salted a lot. I hope this gets fixed since it's not a very pleasant experience especially for those who have health issues.
I love chipotle but would never go to this location again. The food is always cold, the workers are always standing around and talking, the queso starts to cool and become hard within 5 minutes of getting the food. Bathroom is always dirty , and the workers always seem like they don’t know what they are doing plus the place is always a mess.
Heard a second Des Moines location is likely coming soon. Hope this is true!
