“Ordered a cake for my daughter online Sunday. I called to confirm pick up today 2-7 and I'm guessing the owner answered the phone at 9:00 a.m. and he said someone should have called me because the edible image that I ordered they don't sell no more and someone should have called me I said oh no I didn't know he apologized for No One contacting me and told me he was going to give me a deal on the cake and I was appreciative and he said he didn't open till noon and he'll see me then then he immediately called back and said if you want to pick it up before 10:00 a.m. you're more than welcome to but I'm leaving at 10:00 and the store don't open till noon when I got there he made it very special for me and my grandson to come pick up this cake that I couldn't believe it and I just wanted to say thank you because he went beyond expectations thank you again“

“I'm a chocolate ice cream strawberry cheesecake kinda woman and today there was no chocolate ice cream but have no worries my fellow D.Q. lovers...all was saved when the worker added chocolate syrup to the ice cream.!!! Not exactly like chocolate ice cream but dang close enough for me.“

“I've visited the location on Army Post Road many times. I've always had a great experience ordering through their drive thru.
The food is always fresh and their shakes are amazing and fairly priced.
So glad they've been open much later in the season than in past years.“

“Customer service has been much improved the last several times we've visited--more staff with relatively fast and friendly service. (The dining area is even open now!) You can tell they are trying to make improvements. The Blizzards can vary somewhat with the amount of toppings added to the ice cream; we paid for extra toppings this last time and it was great!“
