It was really good! I had the desayuno especial. It took me back to my time in Centro América. I loved everything. The only thing I think could improve would be the carne asada. It was pretty tough, either cut it thinner or get a better cut....but the flavor was on point!
Excellent Honduran food at a decent price. Nice little local spot for some chicken and other dishes. I went with the chicken with plantains, see photo. It was boneless, lots of dark meat, juicy, but not greasy. The plantains were sliced, a little firm and sauted. Really surprised about how good they were. Also came with a coleslaw like side and some pickled onions and jalapenos. I was in and out in about 30 minutes so it's good for lunch if your have the time.

El Pollo Catracho is a fantastic place to go for hearty Honduran cuisine. The staff is friendly and the food came out hot and quick. These restauranteurs know what they are doing and I will definitely be back to the southeast side for more.
