We're from out of town and stopped at this place on a whim. Never had Honduran food before so we didn't know what to expect. The food was absolutely delicious, authentic, and came in huge portions! Service was prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing fried chicken!!! I can't stress enough how fricking fantastic the fried chicken was. Hubs had Carne asada and that was also fabulous. We WILL be back and highly recommend. Acoustics were lacking so was a bit noisy but worth it. Service was great and food came out quickly and piping hot. Obviously homemade corn tortillas were a little thick but very flavorful.

Whew! A delightful hidden gem in Des Moines. There are many hidden gems, but not many Honduran restaurants - especially in Iowa. You definitely walk into another country when you enter here.
