“I came in with my girlfriend and made an order at the kiosk.
Debra kindly greeted us with a smile and asked us if we needed any help.
She was very polite and well mannered. It was so nice to see a smile and a genuine greeting.
The floors and tables were clean, the music was friendly and inviting. The food took only a few minutes to be prepared and was still warm in the bag.
The sweet tea was on point!!!
This whole review is for Debra though, she made my day and should be recognized for her efforts in that encounter. As a fellow foodservice worker it was a pleasure to see someone who really cares about what they do.

“I have been at this location a couple of different times been in drive thru and in side it seems going in side your food is a lot more fresh and the muffin not burnt n hard or the sausage not burnt to crisp where u can't eat it I would rather sit inside then go thru the drive thru
Kid-friendliness: Not really I mean I feel like now days it's nothing like back in the day where we as kids could play on the play ground or the games systems thy had it's sad it's nothing like it use to be“
“Very, very busy location. Lines are long. Very fast and quick service, though. Sometimes the orders are wrong. The quality of the McDonald's food, though, is better than the other ones nearby. Employees here work hard and are managed well. Clean place, clean bathrooms. It's a mcdonalds. All in all, a good McDonald's location imo.“

The young lady that took our order at the drive thru was absolutely fantastic. She got everything correct ( the first time ). She was so friendly and bubbly it for sure is contagious. I aint gonna lie it put me in great mood . Far to often you get these people working in fast food that act like your bothering them by being there. The lady that handed us our food was wonderful also. Everything come that we ordered and she to was very friendly“
“I order the lg vanilla iced coffee which I didnt know they put 5 pumps of the vanilla syrup.
I always ask for extra because the taste is not sweet enough.
When I recieved my iced coffee that day, I swear that was the best I'd ever had!
I go back the next day and order the same thing, and the employee asked why I choose to have extra syrup, I said I really like them perfect with the extra sweetener, he mentioned the manager made it for me. I go there now more often because they all know who I am by now.

“Did an app order. atmosphere outside was fine. The employees at this restaurant are always super nice been going there for about 3 years now.
Parking: This place is in a great location. Always plenty of parking and the lot and trash are always picked up and clean. Make sure to recognize this particular location.“
“I've never left a review for fast food before but I wanted to for this McD's. We come here a lot. I have three teenage boys. I have encountered SO MANY lovely staff members. I always think to myself this manager must be doing something right. All of these bad reviews make me sad to read because countless times I've been blown away by the staff here. Everyone is kind. “As usual with mcdonalds it can go either way, but lately at this location I've been having issues ordering because I can't hear the person over the speaker and it's made ordering difficult. And today it messed up my order and somehow they thought I wanted twice as much food as I ordered, I had to get a refund because I pay on the app and didn't get a chance to dispute it. They were quick about fixing the problem but not hearing the drive through people and having to take the time to hold the line and get a refund was very frustrating.“
“i use the mobile app so it's a quick trip ya don't really have to even stop at the first window unless you want a receipt.. but the lady's who work in the morning are all super nice and have the best attitudes.. my food is almost always ready as I drive up to the window and is hot and fresh. this used to be the only place I got oj, but not anymore. i don't know what they changed or did but it's awful, does anyone think this also...“
“E 14th & Euclid is the BEST McDonalds, always friendly familiar (long term employees) faces working the windows in mornings (also lunch & supper). They are always quick & efficient!
